Abstract


This paper explores the delegation of leadership in the management of a collaborative art project, Lunch with 500 Grandmothers, conceived by the Japanese artist, Tatsumi Orimoto, within the remits of the cross-cultural festival, Trienal in Alentejo. It argues how the intersection of ethics and the delegation of leadership in arts management fosters cultural policy innovation and administrative collaboration.
